Hello!

My name is Jazmine,and I would like to tell you about a very special person, my Dad, Hassenn.

I know he is a realtor, but to me he is the best Dad in the world. He plays soccer with me, and spends time with me talking and playing. He loves to see my artwork. A few years ago our family grew when my baby sister Perssia was born. He loves Perssia too, and all of us have lots of fun together.

about me

My dad was born in a city in the northern part of Iran, near the Caspian Sea. My dad took the road less travelled,and he moved to Canada in 1989 by himself (I wasn't born at that time). He is fluent in Farsi (Persian) as well as English.

My Dad went to University of Victoria since education was very important to him, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for high tech companies for six years. He enjoyed the challenges in his high tech career, but working long hours behind computers wasn't his ultimate career. He realized that he would enjoy life much better if he could deal with people instead of computers.

He decided to change his career to Real Estate since he could:

• Bring happiness to others by helping them to find their dream homes.
• Help home sellers market their homes in a stress free way.
• Have a flexible career and be his own boss.

He took the Real Estate Salesperson's and Sub-Mortgage Broker's Pre-Licensing course from University of British Columbia and the Post Licensing course from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver .

He uses leading edge technology to promote his listings and communicate to his clients effectively and efficiently. He also has experience in sales, and he is a great negotiator. He loves sports and outdoor activities. The sports that he has been involved in include Karate, Soccer, Squash, Ultimate, Golf, Biking, Ping Pong and Snowboarding. Currently, he plays soccer and enjoys snowboarding.

He also loves travelling. He has travelled to Singapore, China, Turkey, Greece, USA, Mexico (Puerto Vallarta), and the Dominican Republic.

In Canada, he has lived in Winnipeg, Nanaimo, Victoria, Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Calgary and Ottawa. He currently lives in Coquitlam and enjoys selling real estate in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.
